Wireless Energy Monitor Easily Enables Tennant Billing In Multi-Tennant Buildings

Trs Systems' EM2200 Energy Monitor utilizes spread spectrum wireless technology to provide tenant energy use in 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil systems. The fan coil energy use, supply temperature, return temperature and fan/valve runtime are transmitted to a central station running Trs Systems' BTM9010 software for monitoring, tenant billing and data logging. The system can be OEM mounted to reduce installation time and cost.
